General William C. Lee was born and raised in Dunn, North Carolina. He was one of the founders of the United States Airborne devision and helped with training our first air jumpers.
The town I live in is very proud of our own "D-Day Fighter" and every year in June, we celebrate what General Lee accomplished.

Town history is so important to keep alive and honored! I thank God everyday for our brave men and women who fight so hard to keep our nation and world at peace! Sometimes I may not agree with everything our nation decides to do but I really appreciate all the hard work that is put in to keeping us safe! We are all just humans trying to live this life the best we can. It says in the bible that...
Genesis 1:28 God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
Then we are too...
Psalms 33:8 Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
And through Him...
Psalms 93:1 The LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty; The LORD has clothed and girded Himself with strength; Indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved.
To me this all means that we are put here only because of God and what we do on earth is our worship to him. We have a choice to live for Him or to live against Him. To obey or to not obey. I know this world would be where it is with out our brave men and women in the military! As Christians we need to be on our toes as well, because we never know when our sweet little lives will become a spiritual battle ground!
Thanks Troops! and Thank you to all the men and women before them!
